Hey we used your carpet shampoo, it works great! It even removed fingernail polish and tar!! It removed the residue from the other shampoo,old stains and no more smell, except what the new puppy leaves. With 2 cat and 2 dogs and one man I put you shampoo to the test and it passed wonderfully. Thanks!

Hi! Just a quick note to let you know that I used this one my carpets, and I absolutely love it! I also used it on some spots on our old linoleum where the dogs stay during the day, and worked great there too! I think I have to hit an area in the living room once more just for good measure, but it was a drastic improvement on the first go-around! Hi, Cathy! I just wanted to let you know I used this finally! SUPER, SUPER SUPER!!!! I used a Rug Doctor and followed the directions on bottle to extract out as much urine and then applied the Unique. I cannot tell you how fantastic this product is. You can sure use me as a testimonial as I have tried every product known to pet lovers on urine stains and odors and this is the ONLY product that has done what it says! It is worth the extra effort to use as I just kept rewetting a towel and watched as the urine stains wicked right out and into the damp towel. Rerinsing the towels and reapplying pulled the urine stains out from the subfloor and padding right out of the carpet. FABULOUS!! We could not believe how great this stuff is. I don't have to replace our carpet. You have found a lifelong customer!!

It really is a great product. I had previously used Zero Odor, and I liked it alot, but I do think that Unique works better, as you can see from my rapid second order.
